1.1 How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an eligible product purchased in store, please return it in person to our showroom within 14 days of purchase.
Please bring your proof of purchase with you. Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.
We do not accept postal returns for change-of-mind purchases made in store.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
If a product purchased from us is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not meet the required standard, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances and when the problem is identified, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
If you exercise your short-term right to reject faulty goods, this generally applies within 30 days of taking ownership of the product. After this period, you may still have statutory rights to a repair or replacement and, in certain circumstances, a refund or price reduction.
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as a receipt or other evidence that the product was purchased from us.

- Products Damaged After Purchase
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or attempts to repair or alter a product after purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the product was faulty or otherwise did not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 when purchased.
- Proof of Purchase
We may ask you to provide proof of purchase when requesting a return or refund. This may include a receipt, order confirmation, payment record or other evidence of purchase.
